In an effort to help hold our students accountable for their learning, I will be sending home progress reports in early March to those students that have not made partial progress on the genre challenge. I have offered our students an opportunity in January and February (coming soon) to earn their required stamps, so all kids have had a chance to get support if they chose to take advantage of it. If they did not, they were saying that they wanted to take it on on their own! Good for them!
Students with 2 stamps will not be getting a note home, but those with less than 2 will be. The genre challenge ends at the start of May, so we need to all keep working to make progress. :)
